big bathroom many options metro station old furniture coffee facilities air conditioning
The room had a big bathroom. That was amazing! breakfast included many options, i was actually surprised. the hotel is close to the alfonso xiii metro station making access to tourist spots very easy.
the air conditioning system wasn't working , so the room was very hot. i found the furniture in the room old and worn. also, the hotel lacked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, what a pity!

absent central air payment issue
the room tidiness was done daily, so it was cleaned and stocked with clean towels.
The room was too warm. There was no central air to keep it cool enough. i paid for breakfast for two nights, but each morning my name wasn't on the list and i was told i had to pay again. that was frustrating!!!

great location effortless metro spacious room warm room minor confusion limited selection
the location felt wonderful. it was near my loved ones home, a real blessing for our family getaway. getting around was effortless, thanks to the nearby metro. i found the spacious room charming, such an enjoyable space.
the room did feel a little TOO warm, i must admit. controlling the temperature proved somewhat difficult for me. during breakfasts, my name caused minor confusions, a little disheartening for me. sadly, the tv channel selection felt somewhat limited, leaving something to be desired.

a reasonable experience

good size room size good breakfast metro station convenient location peeling silicone dirty shower head uncomfortable sleep
the room was a triple room and had good size. breakfast was quite good, especially the pastries. the hotel had a good location near the metro station, it made getting around easy.
the bathroom did lack some attention to detail. silicone was peeling in the shower, and the shower head was a bit dirty. i could feel the mattress springs and it made sleeping uncomfortable. noise from the hallway was very audible.
